The deal, in plain terms.

These terms cover sessions booked through this site. They are deliberately short.

Who you are dealing with

David Mulholland, sole trader, based in Melbourne, Victoria, Australia. These terms form the agreement between you and me when you book a session.

What you are booking

A conversation, delivered by me over a video call, for the length shown on the booking page. Coaching is one to one. Workshops are with your team.

I bring judgement and experience. I do not guarantee a particular business outcome, and nothing said in a session is legal, financial, or medical advice.

Payment and GST

Paid sessions are charged in Australian dollars through Stripe at the time of booking. The slot is confirmed once payment clears.

Prices shown on this site exclude GST, which is added at checkout and itemised on your receipt.

Intro calls are free and carry no obligation on either side.

Changing or cancelling

The refund and cancellation policy is a separate page and forms part of these terms. In short: 24 hours notice gets you a full refund or a free reschedule.

Confidentiality

What you tell me in a session stays between us. I may describe the shape of a problem in general terms in my writing, never in a way that identifies you or your organisation, and never with your commercially sensitive detail.

You are free to use anything from the session however you like. There is nothing to license.

Recording

Neither of us records without the other agreeing first. If we do record, I will say so at the start.

This website

The words, images, code, and design on this site are mine unless credited otherwise. You are welcome to quote and link to them with attribution. You may not republish them wholesale or pass them off as your own.

Case studies describe work done in roles at the named organisations. Those organisations own their own trademarks and are named to describe the work, not to imply that they endorse me or this site.

Limits

If something goes wrong and I am at fault, my liability is limited to what you paid for that session.

Nothing here excludes, restricts, or modifies any guarantee, right, or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Which law applies

These terms are governed by the law of Victoria, Australia, and both of us submit to the courts of that state.

Changes

These terms may change. The version that applies to your booking is the one published on the day you booked, and the date above tells you when it last moved.
