Refunds
Cancelling, rescheduling, and getting your money back.
The whole policy in one line: give me 24 hours and you get a full refund or a new time, your choice.

Free intro calls
Nothing is charged, so there is nothing to refund. Cancel or reschedule from the calendar invitation whenever you like.
Cancelling a paid session
Coaching calls and workshops are paid at the time of booking.
- More than 24 hours before the session: cancel for a full refund, or reschedule at no charge.
- Less than 24 hours before: I may keep the fee, because the time is already committed and rarely refillable at short notice.
- Workshops booked less than 72 hours ahead cannot be prepared properly, which is why the booking system does not offer them.
Ask anyway if something has gone wrong in your week. Things happen, and I would rather be reasonable than rigid.
If you do not turn up
If you have not joined within 15 minutes of the start and I have not heard from you, the session counts as delivered. Email me and I will usually find you another slot.
If I cancel
You choose: a new time, or a full refund. If I cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you get the refund and the next session at no charge.
If the session was not what I promised
Tell me. If I have not delivered what this site said I would, you get your money back. I would rather refund you than argue about it.
How to ask
Reply to your booking confirmation, or reach me on LinkedIn. Say which session and what you would like. I aim to answer within two business days.
Approved refunds go back to the card you paid with, through Stripe. Stripe usually takes five to ten business days to return the money to your statement, which is outside my control.
Your rights under Australian law
Nothing on this page reduces your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. Services come with guarantees that cannot be excluded. If a service is not delivered with due care and skill, or does not match what was advertised, you may be entitled to a refund, a re-supply, or compensation for reasonably foreseeable loss. Those rights sit alongside this policy, not underneath it.
